What We Do
The DTLA Police boosters help support the Police officers who serve the communities of downtown Los Angeles. Below is a partial list of the activities and events the Boosters help coordinate:
Holiday Toy Drive for children living downtown
Host a movie day for local, public elementary school children
Coordinate National Night Out
Produce crime prevention materials for educational campaigns
Support for LAPD Cadet Program
Produce community events to strengthen relationships between officers, residents, and businesses
Host a yearly public safety luncheon and awards ceremony
Fundraise for officer appreciation and other recognition events
